  • Jim is an amazing trainer. I've been lifting with him for nearly a year and a half, and in that time I've gotten stronger and in better shape than I could have ever imagined. What's great about Jim is that in addition to being a super fun person to be around, he's an encyclopedia of lifting knowledge. Every exercise he picks for my routine has a purpose, and if at any point I ask why it's beneficial, he'll tell me everything about it. More importantly, from the very beginning, he's been very careful about making sure I have excellent form. He knows exactly where to draw the line in pushing me to make progress without going overboard. In the time that I've been training with him, I've made ridiculous progress and I've enjoyed every day of it.
